Lopez, Anthony announce split
Say it ain't so, J.Lo! One of Hollywood's most famous couples is calling it quits after seven years of marriage. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony announced the end of their marriage Friday evening via a statement they sent out in wide release, and which Lopez linked to from her Twitter account.
"We have decided to end our marriage," the statement reads. "This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters. It is a painful time for all involved and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time."
The couple are parents to 3-year-olds twins, Max and Emme.
